The Pine Ridge Manor family housing site is the largest of our public housing sites with 211 units. It is located on a bluff of land that is roughly three blocks wide and five blocks long, and is a neighborhood of small, brick duplexes. The south boundary looks down onto Interstate 70. This campus has many mature trees, lots of green space, and streets that curve and wind through the neighborhood's red brick duplexes.
The Pine Ridge Resident Organization (PRRO) is among the oldest residential organizations at THA. Through the efforts of PRRO, residents have received training to assist them in recognizing and reporting suspicious activities. However there is not an active Resident Organization at this time .
